How I Got Here
Hi, I’m Rachel. Mum to two boys, lover of red wine, coffee, sunshine and sleep... not necessarily in that order!
My first baby, Archie, was a terrible sleeper. At one point he was waking every hour. Contact naps? Absolutely. Boob? Yes. His cot? Not a chance!
Before long my whole day revolved around sleep. When would he nap? How long for? Could I possibly get him into his cot without him waking the second I put him down?!
And I dreaded bedtime. Some evenings I’d just go to bed at 8pm because it felt like my only chance of getting any sleep. So there went my evening, any time to myself and any proper time with my husband.
Then I’d be awake with Archie again in the middle of the night while my husband slept beside me and even the dog was snoring away. Honestly, I was jealous of the dog!
By around ten months I was exhausted, anxious and completely fed up with sleep taking over our lives. I finally booked a call with a sleep consultant and it changed everything. Not just because Archie started sleeping, but because for the first time I had a clear plan and someone on my side who knew what to do.
And slowly, I started to feel like me again.
“Rachel has been incredible! The advice she gave completely changed our lives...”

After Archie, I genuinely told everyone I was absolutely NOT having another baby! Two years later... Teddy arrived.
This time things were completely different. I knew so much more about baby sleep, what to look for and when something needed a little tweak. Instead of constantly second-guessing myself, I was able to gently guide Teddy’s sleep from the beginning.
That experience fascinated me. After almost 20 years working as a PA, I decided to retrain and completed extensive professional training in baby and toddler sleep.
Since then, I’ve spent the last few years working with over 1,000 families around the world and dealing with pretty much every sleep issue you can imagine, from 30-minute naps and split nights to early waking, bedtime battles and babies who just will not be put down!
So yes, I understand what it feels like to be the exhausted mum Googling at 2am. But I also now have the professional training, years of hands-on experience and a very big toolbox of sleep knowledge to work out what’s actually going on and how I can help.
I decided to learn everything I could
I've got you.
